The PSVR 2 has been one of the best PCVR headsets I have used, but it is a hassle to set up. Originally it was designed to be used on the PS5 only, but not too long ago, PlayStation had released an adapter to connect to a computer using a USB 3.2 connection and DisplayPort 1.4 to plug in your graphics card to use for PSVR. The setup process is simple. After connecting to USB and DisplayPort to your computer plug the USB-C end of the PSVR into the adapter. After that, you can turn on the headset. On your computer you have to download Steam, and from Steam, you get SteamVR and the PSVR 2 app. The app will walk you through the process of setting it up. Most people didn’t like how the PSVR controllers connected using Bluetooth, due to most people not having Bluetooth in their computer. PCVR headsets use a USB dongle as a receiver like the valve index and HTC Vive Pro 2. The PSVR on PC is very fun but bad at the same time. The controller connection is choppy for most people, and the tracking of the controllers is bad at times, but mostly I think the PSVR is a great PCVR headset if you want to start doing PCVR at a lower and entry level cost.
